DATES OF PROMOTION: The ollo “Just Say ollo” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“ET”) on March 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT) on May 1st, 2008 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal permanent resident residing in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, and 18 years of age or older with a unique valid Social Security number at the time of entry.
Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of ollo (the “Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes herein (the “Sweepstakes Entities”), are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.ollo.us during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the link to the Sweepstakes Registration Page. Complete and submit the Official Online Entry Form, in its entirety, including your full name, physical address, city, state, zip, phone, e-mail address and date of birth. In order for an online entry to be valid, entrant must click the “submit” button. All online entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm EDT on April 20, 2008. You must complete the entire registration and configuration process in order to be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. If you abort the registration and configuration process before it is complete or if you un-configure before the end of the Sweepstakes, you will not be eligible to win. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address for the Sweepstakes. Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any online entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses, or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to, automated entry, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Neither the Sponsor nor Sweepstakes Administrator will verify receipt of entries for entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
DRAWING: On or about April 28, 2008, prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules, and are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

GRAND PRIZE: There is One (1) Grand Prize to be awarded where Grand Prize winner will receive a Gift Certificate that entitles the recipient to a trip for (2) two to Australia (the “Grand Prize Package”). The Grand Prize Package includes: a) airfare for (2) two from Los Angeles, CA to Melbourne, Australia and from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles, CA, b) hotel accommodations for (2) two double occupancy rooms, 4 nights in Sydney, 4 nights in Cairns, 4 nights in Sydney, c) Air transportation from Melbourne, Australia to Cairns, Australia and from Cairns, Australia to Sydney, Australia d) Airport transfers

The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) for the Grand Prize is $4,890. The Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Travel must be roundtrip and must be taken either: 5/1/2008-5/31/2008, 8/1/2008-8/31/2008 or 9/1/2008-9/21/2008. Sponsor is not responsible for airlines cancellations or delays. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, meals, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Any taxes imposed on the income of the Grand Prize winner as a result of winning the Grand Prize and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein as part of the Grand Prize are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. All travelers must possess valid US passport prior to departure. Travel companion must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases (except where prohibited) prior to issuance of travel documents. All minors (based on age of majority in resident’s province) must be accompanied by minor's parent or legal guardian. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. No transfer or substitution of prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. There is no cash alternative offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The value of the Prize is taxable as income and Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the Prize. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded is $4,890.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income to the Grand Prize winner. In addition, Grand Prize winner is solely responsible, at his/her own cost, for all matters relating to the Grand Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes along with any additional expenses not listed herein as related to the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize Package. No transfer or substitution of Grand Prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Grand Prize winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all items/expenses EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY INDICATED IN THE OFFICIAL RULES. Grand Prize Package will not exceed the total ARV value of $4,890. Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the actual value of the Grand Prize for the year in which actual prize value was received.
PRIZE CLAIM: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or by phone within ten (10) days of the drawing. Potential Grand Prize Winner consents to use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a Release as a condition of winning a prize). Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return, within ten (10) days of receipt, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (the “Release”), an IRS W-9 Form (the “Paperwork”) in order to claim prize. If potential Grand Prize winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days from the date of the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the Paperwork within ten (10) days of the date notified, potential Grand Prize winner forfeits their right to the Grand Prize Package and an alternate winner will be selected.
GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants, and winners release the Sponsor and each and all of the Sweepstakes Entities, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of the prizes awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. All Sweepstakes materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Sweepstakes materials submitted to Sponsor. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes or this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names, addresses (city & state), voices and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this promotion only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Sweepstakes Entities. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award the Grand Prize. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
NO LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and each and all of the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
